The local authorities instruct to organise work on December 24-25.
Narodnye Novosti Vitebsk website reports that the document was signed by head of Pershamaiski district administration Mikalai Arlou.
The reason for the work on holidays is the delay in the production schedule and the need to increase wages to the level defined by the head of state.
Enterprises of the Vitebsk region need to find almost 500 billion rubles to reach the average wage of 580 dollars, the amount promised to Lukashenka by region head Alyaksandr Kasinets.
