Colonel Yauseyeu transferred from Minsk (Video)

Lukashenka has appointed Ihar Yauseyeu the head of the interior department at the Vitebsk region executive committee.

Now former Minsk police chief Ihar Yauseyeu is famous for dispersing opposition rallies and giving orders to beat and arrest activists.

It is not the only shift in law-enforcement bodies. Lukashenka appointed head of the interior department at the Hrodna region executive committee Valyantin Mikhnevich First Deputy Interior Minister, crime police chief; Syarhei Darashko was appointed head of the Corrections Department at the Interior Ministry.
