The Boeing 767 300ER was purchased, according to charter97.org, from Turkmenistan.

In Turkey, the aircraft Boeing 767 300ER, tail number EW-001PB, acquired, according to some estimates, in Turkmenistan, is being repainted for President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. This information was confirmed by a local company myTECHNIC.

Prior to May 8, the aircraft was carrying the tail number EZ-A700. May 10, it was noticed by Turkish photographer Ylgaz Deer at Istanbul airport named after Sabiha Gokcen, reports TUT.by.

Meanwhile, official sources have not yet commented on whether the new Boeing was acquired for the Belarusian president or not. Thus, the head of the presidential press service Pavel Lehki "is unaware of this fact." At the same time the deputy director of the Aviation Department, Vladimir Kostin, stated with "all responsibility" that "to date there has been no application for "Boeing 767."

Belavia and Turkmenistan Airlines signed a contract for the purchase of the aircraft Boeing-767-300ER aircraft with serial number 33968/926 by the Belarusian side. The plane used to bear license plates EZ-A700 and represent late President Saparmurat Niyazov. The purchase of the aircraft was financed from the state budget and is intended for president of Belarus, informed the sources in Belavia.
