Belarusian girl from Chernobyl zone dies in Italy

11-year-old Angelina Sudalenka fell off her bike and crashed her head against the rocks. The tragedy happened last week.

The ambulance helicopter delivered the kid to the hospital but nothing helped. According to nn.by, the girl went to Italy with a group of other kids for recreation. She got to the family in the province of Asti, which is in Piedmont, in the North-West of Italy. This area has a mountainous landscape.

The accident happened when the children went for a bicycle tour. The girl accidentally rode off the road under the precipice and fell from the rocky slope of 4,5 meters height. Somersaulting, the girl hit her head against the rocks several times.

The investigation is in progress. The guide and the girl's friends have already been interrogated.
