Crop duster response to teddy bear bombing?

A crop duster terrorizes dwellers of Minsk city districts Sukharevo and Zapad.

Readers of charter97.org report a single-engine biplane, a type of aircraft often used in agriculture to spray crops fertilizers, made three circles over Minsk's residential districts Zapad, Sukharevo, Krasny Bor, Yugo-Zapad.

“The aircraft did not release anything,” witnesses say.

The flight is sanctioned by the authorities – civil planes cannot fly over residential areas in Minsk.

“This demonstrative flight, which violated the acting  ban to fly over the city, might be a response of the Belarusian propaganda machine. The state television perhaps wants to show it was a routine flight and teddy bear bombing never happened,” a reader thinks.

We remind  a Swedish small aircraft dropped teddy bears with leaflets over Belarus on early morning of July 4. The Ministry of Defence of Belarus said no intrusion into Belarus's airspace was recorded and the video on the Internet was fake.
