A distributor of independent press has been detained in Homel

Aliaksandr Pratsko who distributes the newspaper "Novy Chas", was accused of violating trade rules.

At about 9 a.m. on the station square of Homel was detained a public distributor of the newspaper "Novy Chas" Aliaksandr Pratsko. He was taken to the police station of Zheleznodorozhny district and accused of violating trade rules, reported via "Facebook" Homel human rights activist Leanid Sudalenka, reports Human Rights Center "Viasna".

The next call the human rights defender received in about an hour. The detained activist Aliaksandr Pratsko reported that he is being taken back to the place, where he was detained.
