Carl Bildt on slander on the BT: Rubbish from rubbish

Swedish Foreign Minister commented on slanderous stories about Stefan Eriksson on Belarusian television.

On August 3, it became known that the Swedish ambassador was expelled from Minsk. This Swedish Foreign Minister also mentioned on his twitter.

Materials against Stefan Eriksson appeared in state media shortly before the event. On Tuesday the newspaper of Lukashenka's administration, "Sovetskaya Belorussia", accused the ambassador of "excessive activity", and Sweden - of "imperialistic ambitions". Slanderous reports also were released on last Friday night on BT and ONT. Stefan Eriksson was accused of all mortal sins.
