Minsk fountains are infected with dangerous bacteria

Dangerous intestinal bacteria were found in the water of Minsk fountains, the content of which in there is several times greater than all the norms.

Fountains simply teem with all sorts of dangers - from a variety of microorganisms and slipping protruding pipes, to electric shock from the fountain pump.

Correspondents of TUT.by decided to try to take a water sample of one of the most popular Minsk fountains on Independence Square for analysis. They telephoned to several instances. But everywhere one heard not very comprehensive, but broad answer: "We do not do such tests."

The Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Hygiene also said that it is problematic to test water from a fountain or rather impossible. In Belarus only two types of water can be examined: drinking and reservoirs water. Water of the fountains cannot be attributed to any of these categories. And why it is necessary, if bathing in fountains is prohibited by law.

However, the fact that people are climbing into fountains remains. So, the study of these sources of water makes sense. For example, health services in Kiev conducted an official analysis of fountain water and proved to people that bathing there is fraught with lethal outcomes.

Mobile reporters went to a trick and passed the fountain water to the analysis of the Minsk Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology in the guise of water from the swimming pool. The sample contained intestinal bacteria, dangerous to human life, the content of which is several tens of times greater than all the norms. Will health services continue to ignore this fact?
