Anastasia Palazhanka: Our voices can be heard only on squares (Video)

2

Anastasia Palazhanka, a deputy head of Young Front, thinks the “elections” are a test for the people of Belarus.

“It is a good time to demonstrate what we can and if we know the what  proud is and what means to be a citizen,” Palazhanka said in an interview to the press service of the Belarusian Christian Democracy party.

Anastasia Palazhanka says participation in the “elections” is self-deceiving. She calls to become members of district election commissions and observers to “stop the outrage, see in your own eyes what is going on in the country, tell your friends about it and be a responsible citizens of your country”.

The Young Front deputy head also notes she doesn't think her vote will be counted at a polling station. That's why she is not going to vote.

In her opinion, voices of voters can be heard only on squares in Belarus. She proposed to send letters of support to political prisoners and their families on September 23.
