Human rights activist Igar Liadnik cannot leave the country

17 September human rights activist Igar Liadnik was on his way to Poland on a private trip.

However, he was taken off the train at the railway station in Grodna and got the stamp prohibiting him to leave the country, Bielorusski Partizan reports.

In the morning of 17 September Igar Liadnik called his friend who was waiting for him in Poland to say he was returning to Minsk to figure out why he couldn’t leave the country.
