Aliaksei Mikulich, activist of the Tell the Truth civil campaign, was detained this afternoon.
He was detained while distributing leaflets calling for a boycott of the lections in Minsk, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty reports.
According to his associate Yury Fabizheuski, Aliaksei was distributing leaflets in the territory of Minsk constituency No. 101.
