Gaidukevich´s son left the police for the father´s party

Former head of the Frunze district police department have become a deputy chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus.

Until recently, he was heading Frunze district police department of Minsk, recalls "Interfax".

During a telephone conversation, the chairman of LDP, Siarhei  Gaidukevich has confirmed that his son has become the deputy chairman of the Belarusian Party of Liberal Democrats. "He came to where he wanted, to where he was called by his soul", - said Gaidukevich. He said that his son had left the police just recently. "I think, three or four days ago", - said Gaidukevich.

Recall, for his service in the police, Aleg Gaidukevich has been seen in persecution of opposition activists many times. His employees - employees of Frunze district police department were detaining  participants of street protests and beating them. In 2008 Gaidukevich himself destroyed about one hundred EU flags, confiscated from democratic activists.
