Audacious action  in Vitebsk: National flag in honour of Kalinouski (Video)

A young man climbed a pole and fixed a national white-red-white flag at the top in the full view of the crowd.

Charter97.org received footage of the action from Vitebsk democratic activists.

The action was carried out in honour of the 150th anniversary of Kastus Kalinouski Uprising.
