Belarusian potash case materials sent to Russia

The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Belarus has sent materials concerning executives of ZAO Belarusian Potash Company to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation.

According to the source, the Belarusian prosecution has studied the materials sent by the Investigation Committee with regard to the Russian citizens in employ of ZAO Belarusian Potash Company. The materials had been detached from the criminal case initiated due to the damage caused by illegal actions of top managers of the private joint-stock company.

The Belarusian side is ready to provide legal aid and other kinds of aid to the Russian authorities for the sake of complete, comprehensive and objective investigation into the damage to the legal interests of the society and the state. The Belarusian side is confident in mutual cooperation in investigating the criminal case that the Investigation Committee of Belarus is working on.
