Viktar Lukashenka introduced as “national security head" in UAE

Lukashenka's eldest son had a meeting with the deputy prime minister and minister of interior of the United Arab Emirates.

Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, deputy prime minister and minister of interior, met with Viktar Lukashenka on November 3.

It's worth noting that the website ME NewsWir calls Aliaksandr Lukashenka's eldest son as the “head of Belarus's national security”.

The Arab media probably meant the Security Council, but is it headed by Aliaksandr Lukashenka himself. State Secretary of the Security Council Leanid Maltsau was recently dismissed. As some experts suppose, Viktar Lukashenka may replace him on the post.
