Order: 10% salary decrease for reasons of economy

Employees of the Belarusian Railway Company will work four days a week. Their salaries will be reduced.

Charter97.org learnt the news from an employee of the Belarusian Railway Company.

“I cannot keep silence any more! We have to work four days a week since October. They also cut the salary by 1 million. I earned 5 million, so I will get only 4 million! We recently saw an order from the chief economist of the company saying that our salaries will be reduced by 10%. The photo of the order is attached. I'd like to understand if these actions are legal and how it can end. It turns out that I will receive even less. People on the same job with the same qualification earn 7 million in the Minsk locomotive depot.”
