Yury Khashchavatski: The ruler'd better tear his own head off

But the problem is that he doesn't have it for a long time, the popular film director thinks.

Yury Khashchavatski spoke to charter97.org about Lukashenka's threats to tear off the heads government officials.

“Tearing heads off and walking with the them under arm is an excellent circus act that we have been observing for the last few years. He tore their heads off long time ago. They hold them under arms and walk. They manage industry, economy and so on. They mustn't be cleverer than the ruler, who has been acting beyond the common sense for a long time,” the film director thinks.

Yury Khashchavatski is confident that “if the ruler tore his own head off, it wouldn't bring any effects, because he has a round bald thing instead of the head.”

“One needs the head to see results of his activity, to make conclusions and fix errors, to change his views and to apologize to those he has offended and destroyed. Lukashenka never did it, so it has no sense to tear his head off,” he said.

The director thinks the Belarusian ruler criticises officials because he doesn't know other methods.

“He only can shout that he will tear their heads off. He looks like Charley Chaplin in a film, where he works on an assembly line screwing nuts and then begins to tighten buttons on other people's clothes. Lukashenka has one programmed movement – tearing heads off,” Yury Khashchavatski said.

We remind that Lukashenka said today during a visit to the transport and logistics centre Minsk-Beltamozhservice-2: “The programme was adopted. The punishment will be same as in the wood processing industry. I'll tear your head off, take it under the arm and you will go if you can. I won't forgive you. It's huge money.”
