Political prisoner Prakapenka has been allowed to meet the family

Arciom Prakapenka, who is serving the imprisonment term in the penal colony number 15 in Mahilou, has been allowed to have a sort-term meeting with parents.

The charter97.org web-site learnt about that from his father Anatol Prakapenka.

“We will have a short meeting on the eighth, on Friday, and we will, probably, find out something new. So far everything is the same: Arciom keeps working and holds on. His health is in order”, - said the father of the political prisoner.

We would remind that in September political prisoner Arciom Prakapenka was deprived of a long-term meeting, and in March this year he spent five days in a penal cell for alleged violation of the regime, where he refused to take food. Pressure was put on the political prisoner so he signed a plea for pardon, but he refused.

Arciom Prakapenka was convicted together with Jauhien Vaskovich and Paviel Syramalotau for 7 years of imprisonment for alleged attempted arson of the doors of the Babrujsk KGB headquaters.
