The court dismissed the appeal of Ukrainian citizens

Minsk City Court dismissed today an appeal lodged by Yulia Hryshchuk and Yulia Slivinskaya, both citizens of Ukraine, who were detained during the 24 March Freedom Day demonstration.

Activists of the Ukrainian youth organisation National Alliance, Yulia Grishchuk and Yulia Slivinskaya, were sentenced to one day in custody.

The Ukrainian citizens were detained at the rally at Freedom Day.

They were deported from Belarus after verdict of the court.
