The upgraded website of the Belarusian ruler has not appeared on the internet yet.

As much as 2,6 billion Belarusian rubles (almost 300,000 dollars) were allocated for Lukashenka's new website. Relative decree No. 577 “On specifying certain indicators of the republican budget for 2012” was signed by the ruler on December 29.

Specialists of the Ministry of Communication promised to launch the new site in April or May. However, no changes are seen even in June. The Ministry of Communication said to charter97.org on the phone they didn't have information about the work over the website and recommended to talk to the presidential administration. The administration said they didn't know anything about the website overhaul.

Both agencies failed to answer how 2.6 billion rubles from the government budget were spent.
