MuzTV porn video case to be sent to court

The Investigation Committee has finished investigating the notorious case.

The incident occurred on April 13. Musical video clips were interrupted with a porn video broadcast on MuzTV at about 4 p.m. The employee who did it was found and detained in Mahilyou. He was born in 1985.

He is accused of deliberate crimes – “preserving pornographic videos with the aim of advertising and public broadcast of pornography”. The employee of MuzTV has pled guilty. He explained that he “committed the action deliberately and that he had planned it in advance’. The young man explained his deed by depression – his ex-girlfriend had got married. He was also dissatisfied with his job and wage. The man wanted to do something that would cause a negative reaction in the society.

A psychiatric expertise was conducted and it showed that the man did not need any medical assistance. He is in jail now. The case has been sent to the prosecutor and he will send it to court.
