“Preventive conversation” with Vinahradau took 13 hours

Yesterday the youth activist spent the whole day at a police station.

Pavel Vinahradau was released only in the evening. He posted that on his Facebook account.

“The “preventive conversation” lasted for almost 13 hours”, - the leader of Zmena movement said. According to him, the policemen swore that they would not detain him today.

We would remind that the day before yesterday Pavel Vinahradau was also detained and stayed at the police station for almost the whole day. “Preventive conversations” were had with him. He links the detentions with the session of the Council of the heads of the governments of CIS member states, which took place in Belarusian capital. The authorities blocked traffic in Minsk’s city center because of the event.
