Hihin wants to EU

An odious propagandist of Lukashenka complains about European sanctions.

At a meeting with OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media Dunja Mijatovic, Vadzim Hihin raised a question of restrictive measures against Belarusian officials imposed for repressions against opposition.

The deputy head of the pro-governmental union of journalists thinks the OSCE Representative should have reacted to the sanctions, BelTA reports.

According to him, in case of serious problems relating to, for example, impeding work of the media or creating unfavourable conditions for journalists, the Representative should appeal to the relative member state and other parties interests, evaluate facts and participate in solving the problem.

“Unfortunately, Dunja Mijatovic has not taken such steps for two years,” Hihin said.
