Riot police mocking foreigner in Minsk centre (Video)

A Georgian citizen provoked a brawl with a taxi driver.

He was detained by riot policemen, Belorusski Partizan reports. Police officers behaved rudely and mocked the detained person before the eyes of passers-by. A police officer delivered several knee strikes to the handcuffed man lying on the ground.

Some of onlookers made insulting remarks about the detained man.
