National airline Belavia to add more flights to Tbilisi

Belarus’ national airline Belavia will increase the weekly number of flights to Tbilisi on August 22.

The carrier said that additional flights would be made on Mondays and Thursdays. Mostly Boeing 737/500s will be used to perform the flights.

The airline's press office put down the increase in the number of flights on the route to a rise in passenger demand. Many Georgians use Belavia flights to travel from Tbilisi to European destinations.

Belavia also flies to the Georgian cities of Kutaisi and Batumi.
