Kotkovets returns

Kotkovets appointed Deputy Head of President’s Property Management Directorate.

Alyaksandr Lukashenka has signed the order today.

Nadezhda Katkavets became famous among Belarusian officials after a press conference at the beginning of 2011. This picturesque figure was senior deputy of the Minister of Agriculture back then. The video of her speech became a hit in bynet.

Katkavets became head of the EurAsEC Agricultural Policy Department in Moscow. She will return to Minsk now.
