Tymchuk: HNR insignias delivered from Russia

Russian passports are issued in the parts of Donetsk region controlled by militants. Also, insignias of the Kharkov People's Republic appeared.

Dmytro Tymchuk, the head of the Information Resistance, wrote it on Facebook.

“The process of issuing Russian passport has become active. Passports are given to pensioners in the first place,” he wrote.

Insignias of the Kharkov People's republic are reported to have been delivered to the LNR command centre.

Russian soldiers are reported to disappear in Donetsk. Terrorists say it proves the presence of pro-Ukrainian guerrillas in the city.

Criminal groups from Russia dealing with stolen cars and smuggling are said to operate in the territories controlled by LNR and DNR. Officers of the Russian Armed Forces take active part in smuggling stolen cars from Donbas to Russia.
