"Utility charges" put up in Minsk

Minsk authorities have tariffs for housing and utility services put up by 5.8%.

It was approved by the decision of Minsk City Executive Committee no. 2913 on November 24, 2014 and has been published today on the National Center of Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus.

The tariff for maintenance services of residential buildings is Br709.6 per month for 1 sq m of total living areas. Water supply tariff is put up to Br1182.5/1 m³, wastewater disposal - up to Br768.6/1 m³. The use of elevator is Br2779/1 resident per month.

The decision comes into force after its official publication.
