Charter blocked for three days already

The website is not available for users in the territory of Belarus.

Since 19 December, following the announcement of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of the tax on the purchase of foreign currency, the Belarusian authorities are blocking our website.

Both the national communications service provider "Beltelecom" and the alternative providers are involved in blocking. According to our information, RUP "National Centre for traffic exchange", the Internet service provider "Business network" and provider of the Academy of Sciences "Basnet" are authorized to do it.

Dozens of independent news websites are blocked in Belarus.

We are undertaking attempts to address the consequences of blocking, so the Belarusians may periodically get the access to the site.
