White-red-white flag hanged out on building in Vitsebsk

The flag appeared on a multi-storied building near Victory Square.

The unknown placed a white-red-white flag, which is outlawed by the authorities, over the roof of the building #47 - 1 in Maskouski Avenue.

The picture at which law-enforcers are removing the flag from the top of the multi-storied building, was posted in the community of “Narodnyya naviny Vitsebska” in social networks.
