Andrei Kobyakov — the new Prime Mimister of Belarus.
Lukashenka made several personnel decisions on 27 December, the press service of the dictator told.
He appointed:
Andrei Vladimirovich Kobyakov — Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus;
Alexander Nikolayevich Kosinets — Head of the Belarus President Administration;
Pavel Vladimirovich Kallaur — Chairman of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus;
Vasily Stanislavovich Matyushevsky — First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus;
Vladimir Ilyich Semashko — Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus;
Natalia Ivanovna Kochanova — Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus;
Mikhail Anatolyevich Zhuravkov — Education Minister;
Sergei Eduardovich Nalivaiko — Tax and Duties Minister;
Vitaly Mikhailovich Vovk — Industry Minister;
Vladimir Ivanovich Zinovsky — Economy Minister;
Andrei Anatolyevich Gayev — Chairman of the State Property Committee;
Nikolai Gennadyevich Snopkov — Deputy Head of the Belarus President Administration;
Igor Ivanovich Buzovsky — Deputy Head of the Belarus President Administration;
Anatoly Vasilyevich Lis — Chairman of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee;
Nikolai Nikolayevich Sherstnev — Chairman of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee;

Lukashenka also gave his approval to the appointment of:
Dmitry Stepanovich Katerinich as Director General of the public joint-stock company Minsk Automobile Plant, the managing company of the holding company BelavtoMAZ;
Alexei Vladimirovich Yakovlev as Director General of the public joint-stock company Belshina;
Igor Vyacheslavovich Yemelyanovich as Director General of the public joint-stock company Managing Company of the Holding Company Minsk Motor Plant;
Alexander Sidorovich Yeremeyev as Director General of the public joint-stock company Managing Company of the Holding Company Bobruiskagromash;
Ivan Ivanovich Proturo as Director General of the public joint-stock company Gomelglass;
Raisa Stanislavovna Sidorenko as Deputy Education Minister;
Alexander Mikhailovich Zaborovsky as First Deputy Economy Minister.
Lukashenka also dismissed Vladimir Tsalko and Konstantin Sumar.
