Marek Migalski: We stand with those who love Belarus

The office of Polish member of the European Parliament Marek Migalski launched a campaign of solidarity with Belarus.

The event will take place on Valentine's Day on February 14.

Organisers offer users of social networking websites to change their profile pictures to the campaign's logo, a white-red-white heart, and post photos with a white-red-white flag.

“The situation in Belarus is overshadowed today by the events in Ukraine and Russia. That's why we want to show that we remember Belarus and remain with all those who love it and wish it freedom and democracy,” Marek Migalski's office says.

The special community “I love Belarus” was created on Facebook. The organisers plan to inform about all organisations and individuals who joined the campaign and expressed their solidarity with Belarus. They will also publish information about other campaigns of solidarity with Belarusian civil society.
