The Belarusian band commented on the ban of its concerts in Russia.
Yesterday it came out that ‘Lapis Trubetskoy’s’ performance was under a threat in yet another Russian town – Tumen. The concert was supposed to take place on 20 March at the ‘Gorkiy’ club. However today the administration announced that the concert has been cancelled. ‘Lapis’’ management arranged for the concert to be relocated to another site – the ‘Mirage’ club. The date and time of the concert remained the same. The purchased tickets are valid, the band informs on their Facebook account.
“The concert in Tumen will take place. Literally couple hours ago he have rearranged for it to take place at a different site – the ‘Mirage’ club. The date and time remain the same, the purchased tickets are valid. Thanks to the ‘Mirage’ for courage and efficiency, and shame on the ‘Gorkiy’ for cowardness and indecency. Whoever is scared gets bitten by dogs!” – the statement reads.
We would remind that it is not the first such incident in ‘Lapis Trubetskoy’s’ Russia tour with the ‘Matrioshka’ album. On 14 the concert in Pckov got cancelled by a phone call.
