Maksim Viniarski gets 15 days in custody

Minsk's Zavadski district court sentenced coordinator of European Belarus campaign Maksim Viniarski to a term in custody.
Charter97.org has learnt it from European Belarus activist Yulia Stsiapanava.
The activist was charged with violating articles 17.1 and 23.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences (disorderly conduct and failure to obey lawful orders of an official on duty). The trial was held by judge Alena Niakrasava. Head of the riot police subdivision Tarasau, who worked in civilian clothes at the rally, and police officer Reut gave evidence.
Coordinator of European Belarus civil campaign Maksim Viniarski was detained yesterday at 20:30 in the yard on the block of flats on 178 Bahdanovich Street. The activist carried the banner “Death to Kremlin occupants” during the rally.
