Yatsenyuk: Russia does not implement 12 points of Minsk memorandum

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk says the Russian party does not want to fulfill the peaceful plan.

He said it during a visit to a training base of the National Guard in the village of Novi Petrivtsi (Kyiv region), Ukrainian News reports.

“I can say that the Russian party does not want to settle the conflict and implement the Minsk agreements,” Yatsenyuk said.

He noted that Russia signed the Minsk agreements and, therefore, undertook the obligations, which it must fulfill.

According to him, Russia does not implement 12 points of the Minsk memorandum.

The National Security and Defence Council says a working group of the joint centre for controlling and coordinating the ceasefire and the gradual stabilisation of the line delimiting the conflicting parties in eastern Ukraine began its work on September 26.
