Lavrov to travel to Minsk for Ukraine talks

Foreign Minister of Russia Sergei Lavrov is expected to travel to Minsk that is hosting the Normandy format summit on Ukraine on 11 February.

The Russian diplomatic source said it.

“The Russian minister will go to the Belarusian capital for talks,” the source told the TASS news agency.
