It should be reminded that for more than 10 hours already the talks of the leaders of Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia on resolving the situation in Donbass continue in Minsk.
In the evening on February 11 Petro Poroshenko, Angela Merkel, François Hollande, and Vladimir Putin arrived to the Palace of Independence. First, it was restricted talks, and then they were expanded. After dinner, the heads of States continued their meeting behind the closed doors. According to the summit participants it is arduous negotiations.
