ATO participants congratulate Belarusians on Kalinouski's birthday

Belarusian volunteers in Donbas congratulate Belarusians.

They recorded a video to remind others about the birthday of the leader of the national uprising of 1853. The video was posted on the page of Kastus Kalinouski Association of Patriots of Belarus on Facebook.

“We, the Belarusians struggling in Ukraine together with Ukrainians for their and our freedom, would like to remind you about this date. Today, February 2, is the birthday of Kastus Kalinouski, a Belarusian fighter and revolutionist who died for our freedom. We wish you to be strong in spirit and strive for freedom,” a volunteer says. “Long live Belarus!”

Many Belarusians take part in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
