Minsk building organisation Trust #15 Spetsstroj to work a four-day week

Since February 12 the organisation is to work 4 days a week, 7 hours a day.

This schedule is introduced since April 1, Nasha Niva informs.

“Now the situation at the enterprise is the following: we cannot pay people for the full working day. It depends on a number of reasons: on the economic situation, and paying capacity of our clients,” Katsyaryna Marhulets, the head of the human resources and legal work department of the Minsk building organisation, said.

The Trust #15 works in the market of building services for almost 69 years. It includes 5 specialized departments and a department of industrial and technological assembling.

As of today, there are 1800 workers at the enterprise.
