Authorities use Yury Belenki's daughter as a hostage

Maryna Zapasnik, the judge of Leninski district of Minsk, appealed to the guardianship and trusteeship bodies to recognize politician's family problem.

The judge informed the guardianship and trusteeship bodies about the necessity to control the life of children in the family of the Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Christian Party of the BPF, Radio Racyja reports.

The appeal with claim to take away the child from allegedly problem family may be the next step after collecting the necessary damaging evidence against the opposition politician.

Yury Belenki said he would appeal against the decision of the District Court. He has a daughter, who studies in a gymnasium and has good marks, as well as she takes classes in art school and a dance studio.

The politician claims of political persecution, because this judge decided on his administrative case related to the organization of the meeting in memory of the victims of Stalinist purges in Loshytsa area.

"This court decision is illegal. We will contact the Prosecutor's Office to cancel it. The Prosecutor's reaction with respect to the judge who issued an illegal decision could follow", Belenky says.

At the same time Belenky recalls Stalinist practice to take children away from an enemy of the people, and believes that it should be crushed in the egg.

The rally in memory of political prisoners was held in Loshytsa in November and was authorized. But Belenky was held liable and fined Br4,5 million, having accused of the fact that he allegedly failed to provide security during the event. The politician did not find himself guilty and filed an appeal.
