Electronic devices can be brought in Belarus once in three years

Charter97.org learnt it from the press service of the State Customs Committee.

A person can bring into Belarus 1 item of the following goods: gas/electric stoves, cooktops, domestic cooker hoods, kitchen machines, microwave ovens, ovens, baths, shower cabins, sinks, wash bowls, bidets, toilet bowls, toilet tanks, domestic refrigerators and freezers, dishwashers, washing machines, domestic coffee machines, domestic sewing machines, domestic water heaters, LCD computer monitors, laptops (netbooks), tablet computers, copiers, TV receiving equipment, air conditioners, lawn-mowers (lawn trimmers), vacuum cleaners, welding equipment, home generators, car wash equipment, baby carriages (depending on the age of a child), outboard motors, non-military rifled or smoothbore weapons and components.

It is allowed to bring in up to 4 summer and winter pneumatic tyres (or wheels with summer and winter tyres, including used ones) once in two years for personal use for each vehicle owned by an individual who brings in such goods. It is allowed to bring in up to 4 wheel plates without customs duties.

An exception is the goods brought into the country with the payment of customs duties.

The calculation of the periods mentioned (3 calendar years and 2 calendar years) starts from March 31, 2014.
