Ukraine pays $75 mln on Russian Eurobonds

Ukraine has made the latest coupon payment of $75 million on Eurobonds issued by the government of the Russian Federation in 2013.

A source in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation told an UNIAN correspondent in Russia on Monday.

The Eurobonds were issued in 2013 in exchange for a loan from the government of the Russian Federation worth $3 billion, UNIAN reports.

"Ukraine has made a scheduled payment on the bonds," a source said.

As reported earlier, Ukrainian Finance Minister Natalia Jaresko said that Ukraine continued to service all of its debt obligations, and on June 22 it would make a planned payment of $75 million on Russian Eurobonds.
