Another Belarusian spy faces trial in Poland

Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw directed documents against Yury K., the citizen of Belarus, to the court. He is suspected of espionage.

He faces 10 years of imprisonment, Belsat TV channel reports.

"Yury K. wrote letters in a remand prison, there he proves his innocence. However, the Internal Security Agency (ABW - Agencja Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego) reports that earlier he did everything to make clear that he performed intelligence missions in Poland", Polish mass media reports referring to an anonymous source in the Agency.

Any details are unknown.

Earlier it became known that one more Belarusian fraudulently received $319 thousand and €18 thousand under the guise of cooperation with Polish intelligence. He was sentenced to 7 years in prison.
