Belarusian volunteer seriously wounded near Donetsk

On the night of August 10 in Ukraine a Belarusian volunteer of the Right Sector corps was seriously wounded in action.

It was reported by a volunteer Andrei Stryzhak, who collects humanitarian aid for the Anti-Terrorist Operation in Belarus. The name and the nature of the wound are not revealed.

- The only details we know is that at the moment the Belarusian fighter had been evacuated to the hospital, he is being operated, – Andrei Stryzhak told “Salidarnasts”.

The citizen of Belarus was wounded during an attempted breakthrough of militants near the village of Belaya Kamenka, Donetsk region. The press-center of the ATO informs that the military positions of the 72nd mechanised brigade were attacked by about 400 militants. The group of militants had 10 tanks and 10 armored infantry fighting vehicles.

The volunteer battalion of the Right Sector came to the rescue. The Ukrainian forces repelled the enemy’s attack, however 7 fighters were dead and 11 injured.
