Lukashenka Launches Puppet University To Train Hawks

The new university will subordinate not to the Ministry of Education, but directly to the dictator, the same as the Academy of Governance.

The activity of the University is most likely to be coordinated by the state secretariat of the Security Council.

According to the preliminary information, the structure of the University of Force Structures will include the Interior Ministry’s Academy, the Institute of National Security of the KGB, the Mahiliou Institute of Police, the Center for Professional Advancement of Superiors and Specialists of the Interior Ministry’s Security Department, located in the village of Horani, Minsk district.

The initiators of this project believe that creation of the University of Force Structures will “allow to raise effectiveness of the teaching process and significantly cut expenses for the cost of concentration of efforts and resources, engaged into the organization and provision of training of specialists for all directions of the law enforcement activities”.

It remains unknown how the financial issues will be solved and who will be the rector of the new University.

“It is way too early to speak about the details, now the issue of launching the University is being actively elaborated at the level of the state secretariat of the Security Council on all directions,” – a source in the law-enforcement authorities has told to the Belarusian Partisan. – The development of the infrastructure is presumed, for which, the educational center in the village of Horani is being actively reconstructed today, for the expense of the Interior Ministry’s Security Department. Generally, the base for creation of the common university of the law-enforcement structures exists, there is no need to construct new buildings, so there, most likely, will be no global financial outgivings.”
