MAZ Sells 45% Of Subsidiary’s Shares

The Automobile Plant wants to sell shares of JSC “MAZ-MAN” for $ 1.8 million.

The Open Joint Stock Company “Minsk Automobile Plant”, the “BelavtoMAZ” holding managing company, offers for sale to third parties 3,009 shares (44.4% of the authorized capital) of the joint Belarusian-German venture CJSC “MAZ-MAN”, BelTA informs.

The cost of stock of shares in the pricing currency (subject to rounding to the nearest whole number) is $ 1 million 808 thousand. The installment plan provides 6 month payments in equal installments, with the possibility of early performance of obligations.

Transfer of shares to the buyer’s “depot” account will be carried out as soon as 100% of their cost is paid off.
