Sporting Goods Totaling To 6 Billion Rubles Seized From Minsk Sole Trader

The reason for the seizure of the goods was the absence of invoices and certificates.

The Inspection of Leninski district of Minsk established the acquisition and storage of sporting goods without proof of purchase (receipt), storage and release for implementation by a sole trader, BelTA informs.

1664 units of goods were arrested and confiscated – trainers, dumbbells, bars, discs and others on the amount of 1.1 billion rubles.

The audit materials submitted for consideration to the Economic Court of Minsk.

We remind that on January 1, 2016 Lukashenka's decree №222 came into force, which prohibits trading without invoices and certificates.

To avoid the penalties, a significant part of sole traders suspended the work in Belarus. Several large protests of sole traders have been held in Minsk.
