Who Does Prigozhin Work For?

In the rebellion that shook Russia, it was a joint actor.

A lot of contradictory versions have been voiced over the past few days regarding the dramatic events in Russia on June 23-24.

The editors of Kasparov.Ru invited me to express my point of view. I willingly agree, especially since I already did this about a month ago in my script with, sorry but the visionary heading "Prigozhin's Day". Here is a fragment of it literally on the issues of the day.

05/28/2023. Putin has lost control over the conflict between the Wagner PMC and the Ministry of Defence. He deliberately created Wagner a year ago in order to blame the generals for the defeat in the war unleashed by him (Putin). Prigozhin is following NOT HIS order today. Well, if only because, he realizes that it is unprofitable for him with his primal drive. Not as for a businessman, not as for a leader of a gang.

It's not about his allegedly sudden side note about a happy grandfather, the world-class Weird Man. You have to be really completely weird in order not to hear what exactly this charismatic character, quite characteristic of the sharp turns of Russian history, is yelling and wheezing to the city and the world:

“WE DID NOT come up with (and who exactly, I wonder ?!) this special operation and unleashed a mindless fratricidal war. NOT WE rudely walked with boots throughout Ukraine. WE DID NOT mean f**k up near Kyiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv and Kherson. WE came to save the Motherland when it called us. WE liberated Artemivsk, and the MoD will f**k it up again. Shoigu and Gerasimov will have to shoot themselves or we will hang them on Red Square.

Elite youth gambol, while the children of the common people come back in zinc coffins, torn to pieces. As in 1917, everything will end with a revolution. The soldiers will rip new assholes of those who threw them into this tragedy. Bartholomew's night will come.

Ukrainians will restore their borders before 2014 and will do it easily.”

The scattering of Prigozhin's latest bright speeches is not Putin's order, but an effectively implemented IPSO [a psychological operation - Ed.] multi-way, which aims to prepare the citizens of the Russian Federation for inevitable defeat in the war (return to the 1991 borders). "Man of the People" Prigozhin is an exceptionally good choice for the frontman of this operation. But it was carried out by a team of people who have power and financial resources no less than Prigozhin. Their goal is to keep the power and huge property (which they have in the country) after its defeat in the war. Moreover, they are even going to increase it as a result of a shadow redistribution of the property of the national traitors, those who have already been appointed the perpetrators of the defeat. Therefore, the Pugachev-Leninist appeals of Prigozhin to rip the assholes of the rich on Rublyovka are not accidental. Well, they will definitely fight, not spontaneously but exclusively according to the list approved in advance by the Committee of National Salvation. By the way, the estate of the living Prigozhin family in St. Petersburg is not inferior in its tasteless luxury to the most attention-getting Rublyovka examples.

Prigozhin is entrusted to play a crucial role in this entire operation. The 30 million Russian conscripts will greet the first decree of the new government - the repeal of Putin's decree on mobilization - with a feeling of joy and deep satisfaction and they will forever remain its ardent supporters. There are no problems with them. But about 10-15% of the population are convinced Z-patriots, real crazy Russian fascists. How is it possible to sell the idea of defeat to them and retain power at the same time? This is where Prigozhin is indispensable. All these semi-criminal cattle believe that he is one of them, enthusiastically accepts the anti-elite ideas of consciousness of the bandit-billionaire, and greedily eats his real truth. And this Truth tactfully and carefully brings them to the idea of surrender. At the end of the journey, he will solemnly announce to them that the public execution of the traitors to the Motherland Shoigu and Gerasimov was a historic victory for the Russian spirit in our Third Patriotic War against the intervention of 60 powers: the Anglo-Saxons and their satellites. And we saved our country. And without using nuclear weapons, thank God. In this, the collective Prigozhin has already succeeded in reassuring his own population, and not least the West. His very intelligible constant antinuclear ideas are the first foreign policy signal of the "new" Russian government urbi et orbi: "We are not that crazy."

So for whom, or rather, with whom, does Prigozhin work together? The first suggestion is the candidacy of Yuri Kovalchuk, Putin's closest friend, his geopolitical guru, who inspired the ruler with a daring plan to replay world history with one throw of the dice - to take revenge on the West for the defeat of the USSR in World War III (cold) war. Now that Kovalchuk's grand plan has failed, it's pointless to cling to some pieces of Ukrainian territory. And his "friend" Putin has lost for him his sacred value as an instrument for destroying the hated West.

Yes, Kovalchuk will prove indispensable when it comes to persuading Putin to sign a decree on his own resignation.

But in the first roles, we need figures from the state bodies and agencies, capable of direct orders to law enforcement and security agencies. Moreover, the operation appears to be entering the practical stage.

There is a collective actor which I would call the DKGB - the deep KGB.

Apparently, the DKGB is now striving to establish control over the army and, above all, its key structures for maintaining power, such as the Special Operations Forces and the Main Directorate. Prigozhin has already announced the names of the Army General and Colonel General, who are scheduled for the positions of Minister of Defence and Chief of the General Staff.

On June 23-24, the Honorable Surrender Party made a great performance. The Russian state appeared in the eyes of its own population and the outside world as a classic failed state. The apotheosis was the capture by a criminal mercenary without a single shot (and even without a sledgehammer) of the Headquarters of the Southern Military District and the obsequious behavior of two lieutenant generals who led the war in Ukraine from this headquarters. If the headquarters guards did not fulfill their duty, the generals had to personally shoot Prigozhin from their duty weapons, and not chat with him on a bench.

During these two days, the Honorable Surrender Party solved two important tasks for itself.

The first one. They scared Putin to death. He even fled Moscow for a while to his birthplace. The happy grandfather found out that he had neither loyal security officials nor people who loved him. Residents of Rostov saw off the Wagnerites as heroes after Putin attacked them as traitors to the Motherland.

Secondly, every Russian was finally convinced that such a state needs to get out of the war with Ukraine as soon as possible.

So why didn't Prigozhin take Moscow? There were no reasons to do it. All the goals of his active measure have already been achieved. The leaders of the Honorable Surrender Party are not going to go to the high Kremlin offices over the corpses of Putin's personal security officers. Serious respectable people will enter them in pursuance of legitimate decrees of acting Russian President Mishustin.

But what about the personal safety of Prigozhin? What are the problems with it? Of course, he did not believe a single word of real liars Putin and Lukashenka. Guarantees of inviolability for the transitional period were given to him by completely different people. A very promising young politician Alexei Dyumin is likely among them. The only governor of Central Russia, by the way, he did not record a standard denunciation video about Prigozhin...
