Officials Do Not Settle, Come Up With Innovations Concerning 'Parasites'

Another change will be introduced from April 1.

From April 1, Belarus will introduce new innovations on 'parasites'. Thus, the list of those who are included in the database of 'parasites' and must pay for housing and utility services at full rates will be updated monthly. This is reported by the Vorsha District Executive Committee. Now this data is updated once a quarter (only for those who went abroad it is done every month), writes zerkalo.io.

"The order of formation and approval of lists of able-bodied citizens, not employed in the economy, paying for housing and utility services at full cost, as well as the terms of their storage have been changed," reports the Vorsha District Executive Committee. "Since April 1, lists of able-bodied citizens, not employed in the economy, paying for services with reimbursement of costs, are formed and approved monthly until the end of the month".

The district executive committee specifies that prior to April 1, such lists are updated once every three months.

The district executive committee also notes that changes have also touched the revised lists of 'parasites'. From 1 April they will also be compiled on a monthly basis. It concerns situations when people submit documents, which may exclude them from the 'parasites' database.

These innovations are stipulated by the government decree, which was published at the end of January this year. Among other things, they concern both those who have gone abroad and those who are in the country. For example, there are changes for families with children, individual entrepreneurs and vegetable gardeners. Also, those who leave Belarus through Russia will be registered in the 'parasite' database. We remind you that those who are included in the 'parasites' pay full rates for some housing and utilities.
