The company owes creditors more than 1 million rubles.

The Economic Court of Minsk began a bankruptcy case for JV Brussels LLC. This organization belongs to the famous Belarusian restaurant chain “Staromestny Pivovar”. The company owes creditors more than 1 million rubles, writes nashaniva.com.

The Tax and Duty Inspectorate for the Maskouski District of Minsk filed an application with the court. JV Brussels LLC owes more than 800 thousand rubles in taxes and penalties to the budget alone.

The debtor has been in the process of liquidation since May 2023 and has neither property, real estate, nor money in accounts to pay the claims of creditors.

The court will make a final decision on this case in June.

The debtor's parent company, “Staromestny Pivovar”, owns several restaurants. Its page on the social network VK.com mentions such establishments as Butler, “Staromestny Pivovar”, Bruxelles, Bernardin gastropub and BeerZha cafe.
